About us

Our company was founded in 1981 with capital of Ewa and Ryszard Sypniewski. Throughout this time has been producing toys.
The company started its activity in traditional injection molding and with the development of modernized machinery, while introducing new solutions.

Today, the manufacture of toys, we have introduced the latest generation technologies, based on CNC injection molding machines, including BATTENFELD company, that working on control systems UNILOG 4000 and injection molding HAITIAN machines, using a plastic BASELL ensure product stability and reliable quality.

In 2003, we introduced as a toy lawn mower, in 2004, five sets of toys for sand, in 2008, petrol lawnmower, and in 2009 shopping cart. We also manufacture educational toys for self-disassembly and assembly.

For all manufactured products we have obtained quality certificates (included on a separate tab), which enables us to cooperate with EU countries and the use of CE marking.
ERS's products are recognized in the domestic market (among other things are sold in the market chains AUCHAN), as well as abroad in Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania and Ukraine.

From the beginning the company dealt with the production of injection molds for themselves on traditional machines.
We currently have the most modern CNC machines, including the VMC 650 machining center, precision mold for up to 5 microns in sizes 650 * 540 * 620mm.
